Red Light Fun
There is one red light on my morning commute that takes FOREVER. Feels like I am always sitting at that red light so I’ve decided to be patient and make the best of the situation. You know, because that’s just the kind of person I am. It has everything nothing to do with the fact that I just got a red light camera ticket for blowing that sucka last week.
To make the time go by I’ve started taking note of people’s emotional state as they drive past me. Today’s results were grim.
6 people were on their cell phones
4 people displayed no emotion at all
3 people were actually scowling
and last but not least…
1 solo driver smiling ear to ear
I think it was because he was driving this:
I’d be smiling too if that was my car. Thinking, “FINALLY a car that will make my speed known!” I’d be running those red lights so fast all they’d see in the picture is a trail of flames. Yeaaahh.
